Ghost gear is the phrase commonly used to describe lost and discarded fishing gear floating in our oceans. Modern fishing nets are made of plastic compounds that take centuries to degrade. This series takes on a new approach, using beautiful imagery with a hope to reach a wider audience. Ghost gear collected from Marazion Beach, Cornwall has been transformed into kaleidoscopic patterns, creating space to rethink modern fishing methods.
